when I asked for a refund stating my reason, this is the response from the customer care :
" Greetings from Nakpro Nutrition !
As per our records we have shipped the product in intact condition / without damage.
The carton box in the image has been tampered, you should have rejected the shipment, once after accepting the shipment, The courier company will not accept any damage claims.

I had to call customer care multiple times and finally when she picked up she said that the open seal is common and just gave me a 10% discount for the next order, and as the seal is broken I can't apply for a refund quality control is really poor so please buy with caution !!!
Usually other companies provide a full refund if the package is broken or the seal is broken. but nakpro is not following such policies which benefit the customers
