Return and Refund Policy
Any item not in original condition, is damaged to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase.
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 15 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Offer items are non-refundable. After receipt of the returned product if same product is not in our warehouse or we are not able to arrange ordered product then Refund will be permitted
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Please allow another 2 to 4 business days for the credit to post to your credit card account, and an additional 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement as each bank's processing time varies. Credit will be issued for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping fees. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only.
