Return and Refund Policy for Nakpro Nutrition
At Nakpro Nutrition, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Here’s a brief overview of our Return and Refund Policy:
1. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If the Nakpro tape is broken or the outer covering box is damaged at the time of delivery, you must reject the damaged shipment without acceptance. Take a photo of the damaged shipment and send it to us at crm@nakpro.com

Once the damaged shipment is returned to us, we will investigate and reship a new consignment.
2. Notification of Damaged Shipments

Any damaged shipment accepted by the customer must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to crm@nakpro.com, along with the details mentioned in the 3rd point. Failure to do so may result in the claim being invalid.
3. Unboxing Video Requirement

An unboxing video is a key criterion for claim eligibility. Along with the video, please provide:

Pictures of the outer covering box (inside and outside).

Pictures of the tampered product.

Send all photos and videos to crm@nakpro.com.
4. Claim Inspection and Replacement

After a thorough inspection of the provided materials, if the claim is deemed eligible, the product will be reverse picked within 5 working days.

No refund will be provided; instead, a replacement will be issued within 7 days from the date of reverse pick-up.
5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, email us at crm@nakpro.com.

Once the cancellation request is acknowledged, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or initiate refunds for purchased products unless:

The product was damaged in transit, and the claim is reported within 24 hours of receipt. (Claims are accepted upon verification of damage.)

The product has physical defects, and the claim is substantiated by photographic evidence. (Claims are accepted upon verification of the defect.)

An incorrect product was shipped, and the claim is reported within 24 hours of receipt. (Claims are accepted upon verification of the error.)

A refund will only be provided if the product is returned in its original, unopened packaging, subject to investigation and approval.

To initiate a return, email photos of the damaged/incorrect product to crm@nakpro.com within 24 hours of receipt.
Conditions for Returns

Returns will not be accepted if:

The product has been used.

The seal has been broken.

The serial number has been tampered with.

Once the returned product is received, inspected, and validated, a replacement will be issued. If the return is ineligible, the product will be couriered back to you.
Refund Processing

For online payments, refunds will be processed back to the original payment source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days.

For COD orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account within 14 working days after the refund request is approved.
