Nakpro Nutrition Shipping and Return Policy

At Nakpro Nutrition, we prioritize ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for our customers. Below are the details of our Shipping and Return Policy:

Order Confirmation

• Once your order is placed, we will notify you via email and WhatsApp to confirm receipt of the order.

• For prepaid orders, a confirmation will be sent via email and WhatsApp.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a confirmation link will be sent exclusively via WhatsApp. The order will only be dispatched once you confirm the link sent through WhatsApp. Please note, the link will expire if not confirmed within 72 hours.

Order Dispatch and Delivery

• All orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

• Orders are delivered within 5-6 working days from the date of dispatch.

• Dispatch of multiple products in the same order may occur at different times.

Packaging and Delivery

• Each product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

• Our delivery partners strive to deliver your package promptly. If they face difficulties locating your address or arranging a suitable delivery time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping is free for orders with a billing value of ₹500 or above.

• For orders below ₹500, a shipping charge of ₹50 will be applicable.

Delivery Regions

• Currently, Nakpro Nutrition only ships within India.
