NAKPRO and its affiliates provide access to the nakpro.com website and sell protein products to you, subject to the terms and conditions set out below. By using the website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which together with our privacy policy govern NAKPRO's relationship with you while you use this website.
Please note, we charge GST on all Products sold to customers. This is added during the checkout process, so we can determine from your address whether you are liable to pay GST.
We sell only brand new protein products, not used items.
Most products are carried in stock and can be dispatched quickly. Items that are not on-site can take longer to be ready for dispatch. We will try to keep you informed of the progress of your order. When an item is pre-ordered and money is taken for that item (as we use Online Payment Gateway Gokwik, this is standard procedure), an expected shipping date will be communicated explicitly with the customer prior to purchase.
Find the item you want to buy, add it to your cart and pay for it. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been accepted; this email will tell you that you're due to receive a second email when we dispatch your order.
Secure web ordering and credit card payment through Gokwik.
We use Gokwik to process our transactions. They're reliable, secure and you don't need an account in order to use the service.
CANCELLATIONS
If you want to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. It may be that your order will already have been dispatched and we are unable to recall it. We cannot guarantee to cancel items from an order. The only opportunity we have to cancel is when waiting for a product that is out of stock. Cancellation requests must be via email crm@nakpro.com quoting your order number.
GUARANTEES AND RETURNS
All items are guaranteed to be brand new and should reach you in perfect condition.
We will only replace items that are defective or sent in error. Please see our return and refund policy for more information.
Communication & Messaging Consent
By providing your mobile number on the Nakpro website, during checkout, account registration, or through any other consent-based interaction, you agree to receive transactional, informational, service-related, and promotional communications from Nakpro via SMS, RCS, and WhatsApp messaging.
These communications may include order confirmations, payment-related updates, Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmations, shipping and delivery notifications, customer support messages, important service alerts, and promotional updates related to our products and offers.
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply as per your telecom service provider.
You may opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions provided in the message or by contacting our customer support team at crm@nakpro.com. Transactional and service-related messages may still be sent as required to fulfill your orders and provide essential services.
