Frozen Protein Cake

Hey fitness freaks, this frozen protein cake is definitely gonna be in your diet plan. This recipe is a guilt-free protein-packed dessert that supports your fitness goals! And it's High in Protein, Low in Sugar, also it is no bake no oven recipe. This recipe is ideal for a post workout snack who needs something sweet without sugar.


Follow the below steps to bake a no-bake treat!


Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of Nakpro Whey Gold
  • 100g of melted dark chocolate
  • 2 boiled apple (peeled)
  • Honey (optional)
  • Pomegranate (topping)

Instructions:

Boil the Apple:

Start by boiling the apples, boil until it’s soft. Let it cool slightly and then add those apples in the blender. This boiled apple will give a natural sweetness and provide a soft, creamy texture to the cake.

Add Melted Dark Chocolate:

Pour the melted dark chocolate with the apple in the blender. It gives a rich flavor to this dessert and it is a great antioxidant. 

Add Nakpro Whey Gold:

Add a full scoop of Nakpro Whey Gold in the blender with the apple and melted dark chocolate. This one scoop turns the dessert into a high-protein powerhouse.

 

Blender all three ingredients into a smooth mixture, if needed add little extra sweetness or drizzle in some honey at this step.

Freeze the Mixture:

Pour the blended mixture into the container of your preference. 

Place it in the freezer for more than 5 hrs or overnight.


Serve and Garnish:

Once the blend is frozen remove it from the freezer and let it sit for a few minutes before serving. 

For extra touch add 1 tsp of melted chocolate to the top of the cake and sprinkle it with some pomegranate seeds.
