Nakpro had you guys, let me share you a protein packed recipe for everyone especially for kids or for anyone who wants a nutritious dessert.
Let’s dive into it;
Ingredients:
10 dates
1 cup of Almond Powder
1 tbsp of Peanut Butter
100g of Melted Chocolate
1 scoop of Nakpro Gen-Z
Instructions:
Blend the Ingredients:
Add the Dates in the blender
Add the cup of Almond Powder
Add 1 tsp of Peanut Butter
Add 1 scoop of Nakpro Gen-Z
Blend everything together until the mixture forms a buttery texture
Form the Dough and Shape:
Once the mixture is well-blended, transfer it to the bowl and knead it into a dough
And roll them into small balls. Once shaped gently press each ball to flatten it into biscuit-like shape.
Layer the Truffles:
In cupcake liner pour a base layer of chocolate into each one
Place the flattened truffle pieces upon the base chocolate layer
Cover each piece with an additional layer of melted chocolate, ensure it's fully covered.
Freeze Overnight:
Transfer the cupcake mold in the refrigerator and allow them to rest for overnight.
Serve:
Once it's fully set, add toppings to the truffle and serve.
