WHEN WILL MY PRODUCT BE DISPATCHED?

We try to send the products within five working days of an order being placed. Products are sent using postal tracking methods so you can follow the progress of your order.

WHEN MY PRODUCT WILL ARRIVE?

We send products by Shipping Company Name for delivery and products should arrive within one to five working days from dispatch.

When we have the items of your order in stock they are dispatched quickly. We send you an email when your order has been dispatched and you will receive a tracking number for your package.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT GETS LOST?

Usually, your products get through, but if after 15 days since ordering you haven't received your product, please raise a ticket in our support system and our team will do all they can to find your product and get it on to your door.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All deliveries are made using Shipping Company Name. Your order tracking number can be found when logging into your Nakpro account. With this tracking number you can track the status of your order on www.xyz.com

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY NEW ITEM?

If you request an exchange, we will proceed with sending you the exchanged product(s) as soon as we have correctly received the returned goods.

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

We tried to make shopping at Nakpro as simple as possible. If you know what you are looking for, you can select the product and use the “add to cart” button. Review the items in your shopping cart and use the “remove” button to delete items from your cart. Click "proceed to pay" to complete your order.

IF I FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Kindly follow the 'Forgot Your Password' instructions on the Login page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email. We will send a password reset mail to your email ID; you can click on the link and then change the password.
