This berry beet blast recipe combines the earthy sweetness of beetroots with fresh flavors of berries and citrus will be a perfect blend for weight loss, a healthy breakfast smoothie, and any time sip of the day.

Let’s explore the berry blast!


  • ½ cup beetroot
  • ½ cup strawberry
  • 1 cup orange
  • 1 rip…. Banana
  • 1 scoop Nakpro whey gold
  • ¾ cup water or coconut
  • Honey or maple syrup


Step 1: Prep the ingredients

  • Peel and dice the beetroot
  • Wash and take ½ cup of strawberry
  • Peel and segment the orange
  • Peel and slice the ripe banana
