I got you gym bros and ladies, let me share a delightful combination of wholesome ingredients that not only satisfies your sweet cravings but also fuels your body with rich nutrients.

Ingredients:
Base Mix:
- ½ Cup Of Oats
- 1 tsp of Basil seeds
- 1 tsp of Chia seeds
- 1 tsp of Cocoa powder
- Nakpro Plant Protein Powder
- 1 tsp of Honey
- ½ Cup of Milk
Layer Mix:
- ½ Cup of Yogurt
- 2 tsp of Cocoa Powder
Toppings:
- 1 tsp of Peanut Butter
- Melted Chocolate
Instructions:
Prepare the Protein Base Mix:
- In a bowl Add Oats
- Add Basil Seeds
- Add Chia Seeds
- Cocoa Powder
- Pour ½ cup of Milk
- Add 1 tsp of Honey
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined
Prepare the layer Mix:
- In separate bowl, add the yogurt
- Add Cocoa Powder mix
- Mix until it's smooth
To layer:
- Add the oat mix in a serving cup
- Add the yogurt mix as the second layer
- Add the Peanut Butter a third layer
- On top add the melted dark chocolate
- Drizzle them with chopped almonds or any other nuts
- Keep the dish in the refrigerator for 4 hrs. so the seeds will soak well
Serve:
- After refrigerating the dish for 4 hours, the seeds will have absorbed the liquid well, and the melted chocolate will have solidified. Use a spoon to break the hardened chocolate, then serve and enjoy.
