Mango Protein Smoothie

This protein mango milkshake recipe combines the tropical sweetness of ripe mangoes with the creaminess of milk and the added benefits of Nakpro Women’s Whey protein. Ok let’s start,

Ingredients:

  • Ripened mangoes (Peeled and diced)
  • 1 cup of milk (whole milk |skimmed milk| plant-based milk| milk powder)
  • Dry nut & fruits 
  • Chia seeds
  • Ice cube(optional)
  • Honey
  • Nakpro Women’s whey protein

Instructions:

Step 1: Prep the Mango

  • Peel the mango and dice it. Make sure to pick a ripened mango for the best flavor and sweetness.

Step 2: Blend the Ingredients

  • In the blender add diced mangoes.

  • Add a cup of milk (of your choice)
