Protein Blueberry Mousse

Ever tried a protein blueberry Mousse? Here is a delightful blueberry recipe with the goodness of banana, blueberry, milk, and nuts. Ingredients:
  • 4 Frozen Banana
  • ½ cup frozen Blueberry
  • ½ Cup Cashew
  • ½ Cup Almonds
  • Pinch of Cinnamon Powder
  • ¾ Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp of Honey
  • 2 scoops of Nakpro’s Perform Protein
  • ½ Cup of frozen milk

Instruction:

Step 1: Prep the basil seeds

Soak the basil seeds in the milk for 10-20 mins in the refrigerator until they swell and form a gel-like consistency. 

Step 2: Blend the Mousse

  • Add frozen bananas

  • Add cashews
  • Add almonds
