Protein Mango Delight: A Refreshing Whey Protein Pudding Recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Ripened mangos
  • 1 tbsp of basil seed
  • 1 Cup of Milk
  • 1 scoop of Nakpro Whey platinum Isolate  
  • Hand full of dry nuts and fruits

Instructions:

 Prep your ingredients.

 Take 1 tbsp of basil seed.

 Add 1 scoop of Nakpro Whey protein Isolate  and mix both well.

Add a cup of milk to the bowl and stir the protein mix until smooth, without any lumps.


Dice the mangos and add them to the protein mix.


Mix everything thoroughly and refrigerate to allow the mango to infuse into the milk.


Once removed from the refrigerator, garnish with chopped dried nuts or fruit.
