I have been taking this product since nearly 6 months and happy with the results . Definitely there is increase in muscle strength as well as size.Good taste and no bloating issues as well. Overall an excellent product.

The price is good, but i didn't like this blueberry flavour, gives a chemical like feeling.
Also I'm using gold one which is concentrated, I'm feeling little issues in digestion, this didn't happen with the previous batch which I ordered, and this also tastes different
