STUDENTS DON'T BUY! NAKPRO WILL SCAM YOU!

I had placed and order for a combo pack containing 2 kg of whey protein and 250g of creatine. The full payment for this order was processed successfully.
Upon receiving the package, I was shocked to find that it contained only 1 kg of whey protein and 100g of creatine. This discrepancy represents a substantial shortfall from the products I ordered and paid for.
My attempts to resolve this issue through your customer support channels have been equally frustrating. Several initial phone calls went unanswered. Subsequently, I sent a detailed email outlining the situation and attaching supporting evidence. Unfortunately, this communication also did not elicit any response.
The following day, after multiple attempts, I finally managed to speak with a customer support representative. However, the interaction was unhelpful. I was again requested to provide evidence (which had already been submitted via email), stating that they'll follow up immediately. Despite this, I have yet to receive any follow-up communication or resolution.
As a student, the cost of protein supplements is a significant investment. To receive less than half of the ordered quantity, despite full payment, is unacceptable and frankly feels like a considerable financial loss. The lack of responsiveness and unhelpful assistance from the customer support team has only compounded my disappointment.
I had placed my trust in Nakpro and am deeply concerned by this experience.

Been lifting for three years and I have to say the price and quality is as good as it can get. The whey is great I've been having it for 4 months now but I can't say the same for the creatine. The taste needs improvement. But overall I am happy.
